Game and Transaction history

Game History Report

To access your Game History report from the software:

1. Launch the app and log in to your account;
2. From the lobby, click the ‘Cashier’ icon in the left-hand navigation panel;
3. Scroll down to ‘Games History’. Here you can download a report containing your ‘Games History’ (movement of your funds while playing and tables you have played at).

Deposit Transaction Report

To access your Deposit History report from the software:

1. Launch the app and log in to your account;
2. From the lobby, click the ‘Cashier’ icon in the left-hand navigation panel;
3. In the Cashier page, click ‘Deposit Now’;
4. In the Deposit window that opens, click ‘My Deposits’ in the top right-hand side of the window.

Withdrawal Transaction Report

To access your Withdrawal History report from the software:

1. Launch the app and log in to your account;
2. From the lobby, click the ‘Cashier’ icon in the left-hand navigation panel;
3. In the Cashier page, click ‘Withdraw’;
4. In the Withdraw window that opens, click ‘My Deposits’ in the top right-hand side of the window.
