Some of your personal details registered in your account cannot be changed in our software. To update these, we will need to verify your identity and/or address.
Please scan or take a clear digital photo of the required documents and send them to [email protected] stating what changes you want to make to your account information.

If your name has been spelt incorrectly, is missing a name/middle name or your name has changed due to marriage, we kindly ask you to send us a copy of your government issued photo ID.
If the name change is required due to marriage or divorce and your birth name and married name are not both displayed on your ID, please ensure that you also provide the relevant marriage/divorce certificate or other court records showing both names.
To change the country in your Run It Once Poker account, please send us a copy of your government issued photo ID and a valid proof of address which clearly shows your full name, address and date (no older than 3 months).
To change the date of birth in your Run It Once Poker account, please send us a copy of your government issued photo ID.
To change the email address registered to your Run It Once Poker account, simply follow these steps:
- Click on your username in the main lobby.
- Select ‘Account’ > ‘Personal Info’.
- Click on the edit icon next to ‘Email’.
- Enter the new email address.
- Click on ‘Save’.
- Verify your email address using the link sent to your new email address.
Please note that the link is valid for 24 hours only and it expires after this time. If you have not verified your email address within this time frame, please log in to your account, click on any of our games and click on the pop up requesting to verify your email address. You will then be able to request a new verification link.
To change the residential address registered in your Run It Once Poker account, simply follow these steps:
- Click on your username in the main lobby.
- Select ‘Account’ > ‘Personal Info’.
- Click on the edit icon next to ‘Residential Address’.
- Enter the new residential address.
- Click on ‘Save’.
Please note that you will not be able to change your registered country in our software.
